Performance:
- In the 2022 Customer Satisfaction Survey, a total of 22 questionnaires were sent out to the top 20 customers (including runner ups) by transaction volume. The questionnaire response rate was 100%, with an average score of 92.36 points (the survey content covers quality, delivery, technology research and development, prices and sales services, etc., which are investigated and evaluated in four aspects)
- The average customer satisfaction survey score over the past three years has been above 91 points.
