Friendly Workplace
Short-Term Goals:
- Obtain and maintain an ISO45001 certification.
- Do a monthly patrol for each department.
- Evaluate and execute the safety and hygiene standard every month.
- Improve our electroplating stations by upgrading them to automatic to further improve the safety.
- Improve the procedures for each workstation.
Standard and Long-Term Goals:
- Reach a total of 600,000 hours of no inadequacies.
- Supervise the safety inside factories while also improve the safety standards for the workstations.
Performance:
- During the 2022, no serious violation was given for inadequacies, and we successfully reevaluated our ISO45001 certifications.
- We also improved our automation for our electroplating stations.
