Capability Development

Short-Term Goals:
  • In the 2023, we hope to receive no violations for inadequacies, and reach a 96.7% successful rate on training programs.
  • Build up an E system for training by 2023.
Standard and Long-Term Goals:
  • TAI-TECH aims for the bronze level for the labor management system and talent development. We also plan to improve each section under evaluation standards and reach the silver level within 5 years.
Performance:
  • During the 2022, no serious violation was given for inadequacies, and we had a 96.7% successful rate on training programs.
  • The satisfactory score for the 2022 training was 4.6 out of 5.
  • We reached the bronze level for the labor management system and talent development (on first evaluation).
