Short-Term Goals:
- Diversify communication and establish communication channels for stakeholders.
- Strengthen suppliers' integrity commitment requirements and implement supplier evaluation.
Standard and Long-Term Goals:
- Suppliers continue to sign integrity commitments.
- All employees and board members are required to participate in education and training programs for the ethics and integrity.
Performance:
- Up to 2022, a total of 780 hours were spent on internal and external Integrity Management education and training programs.
- We had 29 new Supplier Integrity Commitment contracts in 2022 with no reports regarding violations.
