Integrity Management

The Board of Directors has approved the "Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct," designating the Management Department as the responsible unit for promoting corporate integrity. The Board receives at least one annual report on the implementation and oversight of integrity policies and anti-misconduct measures.
