To ensure fair performance evaluation and enhance management transparency, the Company continues to refine its performance appraisal system with clearly defined criteria and promotion standards. To safeguard the employment rights of foreign employees and enhance retention, the Company has strengthened its retention policy by clearly defining renewal application procedures, eligibility criteria, and rights and obligations, reducing information gaps and building trust in company policies.
 
🏗️ Work Environment Quality Improvement
To continuously optimize the overall work environment, the Company has included air quality improvement, sanitation maintenance, and common area upkeep in its annual occupational safety and health management objectives, tracked through the ISO 45001 system and implemented in a phased manner.
